Peter Crowley
I have been actively involved in the real estate and construction business for thirty years. Through the years I have done everything from swinging a hammer to develop condominium projects. The most important thing I have learned over time is that any project large or small is a collaborative process. Bringing together the best team of carpenters and sub-contractors and managing them closely is my primary responsibility to our clients. Making sure that the client’s goals and the design teams’ vision are executed in the field is done efficiently, skillfully and timely is my daily objective. As a licensed Real Estate Associate I have a keen sense of the market, what sells and why. This gives me a unique perspective as to what improvements can make a value added impact.
Liz Zeitel
As principal, I am actively involved in the management and design of
all projects, specifically, kitchens and baths. I will work with any
perspective buyer to actualize
your dream designs and source all materials required. Additionally, my focus
is company and subcontractor management, as well as financials, accounting and
billings.
My background had been marketing for 15 years with extensive print, design and
event experience, as well as financial account management. I have managed such
client accounts as Pepsi and the Jordan Grand Prix Formula One Team with MasterCard
International.
